Holidays Unboxed: A Spectacle of Cardboard and Tape, Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose, San Jose, California 12/12
Assisted Artist and architect, Eric Lennartson as he led staff and volunteers in the construction of Tape Scape, using more than three hundred rolls of Molex Corporation packing tape; over fourteen miles of tape were stretched and interlaced over a metal structure, creating an interactive ice inspired tubular environment to delight children and adults. https://www.facebook.com/TapeScape

Assisted San Francisco based Artist, Michael Bartalos, first affiliated California Academy of Sciences artist, as he created an art installation representing a variety of species threatened by deforestation in two disparate locations affected by the pulp industry: temperature and boreal forests in North America, and the rainforest of Sumatra and Indonesia. I organized recycled cardboard material and cut forms as directed by the artist in the construction phase, the materials were mounted to a large metal structure in the Academy’s pizza public space with guests’ inquiries. http://www.bartalos.com/artist/
